Our current order processing time is 1-3 business days for art prints. Please keep in mind, this is in addition to postal transit times. We are working as quickly as possible to get orders out and sincerely appreciate your patience!

Once we have processed and dropped off your order for shipping, we are unable to make any changes. If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.

    The above times are all estimates from the United States Postal Office.  PenelopeLovePrints is not responsible for service transit times, please plan accordingly for transit times if you need an item by a certain time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak times. Please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates on how long your order will be in transit to you, and does not include the time it takes us process your order.

    International Shipping & Customs ( Art Prints )

    International packages can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. Delivery time depends on the customs practices in your country.  If you ordered internationally and at least 10 business days have passed since we shipped your items but no delivery has been attempted, please make sure you call your local customs agency right away, as in many countries (e.g., Germany, United Kingdom) the recipient will NOT be notified that their package is being held in customs and will have to call themselves about picking it up.  If you do not contact customs to arrange pickup, the package will be returned to sender.  Please be aware of customs practices in your country before purchasing.

    Please note that you are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as "gift".
